The developer of European Village from Georgia has signed an agreement with Wyndham brand, which manages the world’s largest hotel chain. The parties agreed to implement a joint project – Wyndham Grand Residence.
Wyndham brand includes five categories of hotels. The complexes have the highest premium class, and the company manages 65 hotels in 17 countries. Thirteen of these hotels are located in eight countries in Europe. It is assumed that the new hotel will belong to the highest category.
According to the developer, the complex will consist of four hotels united by a single infrastructure. It is planned to place on the territory of the complex with numerous catering establishments, SPA centers with swimming pools, and various recreation areas for adults and children. In addition, the hotel will have its own helipad. According to the builder, this project is unique for Georgia. The facility will be located in an elite suburb of Batumi, where there is a beach, which claims to be Blue Flag. Such a mark is given to beaches that have a high level of purity and are noted by the international commission. The area of Batumi, where the hotel will be built, is considered popular among tourists, as it harmoniously combines beautiful nature and developed infrastructure for recreation.
Pre-orders are already open for the purchase of apartments in the new facility. Real estate in the complex has favorable characteristics that will interest investors from different countries. European Village promises a guaranteed income level of 5 to 15% per annum. Capitalization is 30% to 90%, the amount depends on the type of object and the terms. The developer offers buyers favorable contract terms, which will stipulate all details of the deal, including the percentage of profit and the possibility of buyback at a bargain price.
