Advantages of the Good Point V park for tenants

Investors have been active in the Polish property market in recent years. It is attracting capital due to the ever-increasing variety of supply in the commercial sector. One of the most significant projects is Good Point V in Lubna, near Warsaw.
Good Point V is a warehouse and industrial park. The project used modern approaches to construction and process organisation. The third building was commissioned in February 2025. It comprises more than 14,550 square metres of high-quality warehouse and office space. The tenant is Fulfilio.

Good Point V project features

The developer of the industrial park is the company Real Management S.A. The project includes:

In carrying out the project, the developer paid particular attention to the quality of the materials and the comfort of the customers. This was one of the deciding factors in the choice of space for Fulfilio. The company hopes that the new space will help it to expand and prosper.
As for the developer, Real Management S.A. plans to launch a similar project in Karcheva. The development of the Good Point brand will be a great opportunity for companies operating in different sectors.
Like the current park, the new Karczewa site will be built in accordance with ESG principles. All facilities will meet high-quality standards and offer a high level of security. Two Good Point V buildings have been awarded BREEAM International New Construction V6 at the Excellent level. The new building is in the process of certification.

Poland market overview

Poland’s commercial sector is growing rapidly. The main driver is investment in infrastructure. Investment in green energy is also gaining momentum.
Demand for logistics properties is growing steadily, stimulated by the development of e-commerce. This is due to the dynamic demand for facilities. The main tenants are in the 3PL and e-commerce sectors.
High construction costs remain a limiting factor for the market. In addition, high interest rates limit the availability of financing for a wide range of investors. New tax regulations in the country are also hampering activity in the market.
