Lustica as a tourism and recreation center of Montenegro: new project from Ritz-Carlton
Montenegro is actively developing its tourist destination, attracting foreign investors and large hotel chains. The government plans to increase the influx of tourists, providing them with ideal conditions for stay in the country. To do this, the real estate market of Montenegro entered the well-known brand of hotel business, which began construction of a grand project. The location of new luxury hotels and private villas will be Lustica, a peninsula within the state.
According to developers’ plans, the luxurious complex will accommodate 180 apartments and 48 villas. Sale of objects will begin in 2020, and in 2023 construction will be completed.
Recently, the parties signed an agreement under which the international brand Ritz-Carlton enters the Montenegro market. On the territory of the country, the company will build a hotel and residential complex, represented by luxury housing. The objects will be located in the west of Lustica near the coastline, so that the apartments have a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
The hotel is designed for 120 comfortable rooms. The project design has been thought through to the smallest detail to ensure maximum comfort for visitors. Bright spacious rooms, equipped with advanced technical solutions, will help tourists from different countries to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The peculiarity of the project by Ritz-Carlton is the creation of small buildings that will perfectly fit into the surrounding landscape of the peninsula and allow you to enjoy incredible sunsets, vegetation and sea.
In addition to the presentable rooms, the hotel complex will accommodate several restaurants and a beach bar. If tourists do not want to go to the sea, they can swim in an indoor or outdoor pool, in a pool filled with salt water. In addition, there is a SPA-salon with various procedures for body and face care, fitness room. Specially equipped clubs will help children to have fun.
Rest in the new hotel is interesting not only for those who like to sunbathe and swim. There are also entertainments for those who prefer active leisure. Experienced instructors will conduct hiking tours in the mountains and organize bicycle rides.
Ritz Carlton promises to develop other projects, such as the educational course developed by the Jean-Michel Cousteau community. During this course people will be able to learn the secrets of the ocean, learn who lives in the seas and see them through dives.
