Premium class clubhouse “Octavia”: overview of the residential complex
Another premium class club house will soon appear in St. Petersburg. Work is already underway to build the Octavia complex, which is located in Petrograd side, near Krestovsky Island. The developer of the facility is Baltic Commerce Group.
The club house will be a small, comfortable building. In total 34 apartments with the area from 90 sq.m. are planned to be built here. Most of the dwelling space is 140-170 sq.m. Spacious, optimally designed apartments will allow their owners to enjoy their stay in a modern closed complex with developed infrastructure. Beautiful open-air terraces and panoramic windows, which offer a wonderful view of the ancient city, are planned on the last floor of the object. Spacious lobby on the first floor will be equipped with a recreation area for guests and residents of the complex. The doorman and security service of the club will make sure that strangers do not enter the house and do not threaten the tranquility of the apartment owners. The authors of the project have taken care of maximum comfort for people. There will be a business zone, where it is convenient to hold business meetings and small events. This will save time on searching for the right place and will allow solving many tasks even without leaving the house. There will also be separate rooms and a common storage room for strollers and bicycles.
The infrastructure of the premium class clubhouse includes a gym on the first floor. There will be several gyms for training: cardio, weight machines, a place for yoga, aerobics and other group training. The gym will be open for residents 24 hours a day.
The adjacent territory is a cozy green corner, which is ideal for recreation and outdoor games. It is equipped with playgrounds, alleys and benches, and all this will be decorated with landscape design.
Octavia boasts not only a stylish appearance. Engineering systems are designed according to the latest technologies, every detail is thought out to improve the functionality of life support of the complex. Spline shafts are provided for any room, which allows installing air conditioners without problems. Drinking water, which is supplied to the apartments, will undergo a multi-stage cleaning system. In order that cars do not interfere with games and rest in the yard, there is a two-level parking lot designed with the possibility of heating the areas in the cold season.
When creating the architectural project specialists relied on traditional St. Petersburg objects, but did not forget about modern concepts. The result is a complex whose style fits perfectly into the atmosphere of a unique city and looks relevant for its time. Architectural concrete, glass, black metal, and natural stone are used to decorate the building.
