Promotional property prices in Spain: where you can buy cheap apartments and houses
Spanish company Haya Real Estate offers to purchase 2650 properties for which the promotional price is valid. Homes can be purchased at a discount of 30%, of which about a thousand have a price below 70 thousand euros. Campaign of the company runs until November this year.
Exposed real estate is located in the provincial capitals and is designed for both families and single people. Most of the houses are located in the Valencian Community, here you can choose the ideal accommodation for yourself from 810 objects. In Murcia, 490 assets are offered at a promotional price, in Catalonia – 445, and in Andalusia – 415 houses.
In addition to the opportunity to buy property at a discount, Spain also offers plots of land for construction at a cost of 30 thousand euros. Their average area is 500 square meters. This promotional action from the real estate agency Solvia is aimed at building sites. In total, buyers are offered 600 plots of land, located in different regions of the country. Each of them is intended for the construction of houses. In total, action areas can be found in 32 provinces of Spain, including Barcelona, Castellón, Toledo and others. Cheaper of all plots can be bought in Castilla y Leon, where on average they ask for 15 thousand euros. The most expensive land is in Catalonia, the plot will cost about 42 thousand euros.
It should be noted that the action sales in Spain – quite common. For example, last year during the summer, several campaigns were arranged, the purpose of which was to sell homes on the coast. In July, Aliseda Inmobiliaria offered to buy 200 apartments at a discount. Housing is located in different regions, including Valencia, Catalonia, the Canary Islands and others. As for the cost of apartments, it starts from 50 thousand euros. Apartments, located near the beach in Alicante, an area of 70 square meters with two bedrooms can be purchased for 65 thousand euros. An apartment with similar characteristics, but in the Canary Islands will cost 67 thousand euros.
In general, the real estate market in Spain is actively growing. Sales are steadily growing, as well as prices for objects. In some regions during the year the number of transactions has increased by more than 50%. On average, sales in the country showed an increase of 22.9% and amounted to 64,039 real estate units. The cost per square meter increased by 2.2%, reaching 1,475 euros.
The number of transactions showed an increase in all regions of Spain. The largest number was observed in Cantabria, the increase was recorded at 55.5%. In second place is La Rioja with 43%, the third is Catalonia with 40.2%.
