Real estate in Norway: new hotel project by Turkish architects
Commercial real estate in Norway is a honey pie for developers from different countries. The Scandinavian state has all the necessary characteristics to guarantee high profits. It has a stable political situation, high economic and social level of development. It is not surprising that many investors are interested in construction and purchase of objects.
The tourist segment is considered a profitable one. Investments in it pay off quickly enough, so there is a high competition. That is why creators strive to offer a unique project that will interest investors and tenants. A striking example of such a building in Norway is a hotel above the abyss, which will soon be put into operation.
Turkish architects have decided to create a unique property in Norway. To accommodate the object chose the cliff Preikestulen, which is a local landmark and attracts thousands of tourists annually.
Norway is famous for its extraordinary approach in architecture and creates unique commercial objects. Not so long ago, the country had a restaurant, located at the bottom of the sea. It serves seafood and fish dishes at the depth of 5 meters. Now the residents and guests of the country are waiting for no less ambitious project – a hotel, which is located at an altitude of 604 meters. Holidaymakers may admire incredible landscapes from the windows of their rooms.
The project is created by architects from a well-known company in Turkey. The highlight of the hotel is the glass pool, which hangs over the abyss.
The hotel will have four floors, where each of them is built into the rock. The entrance to the building will be placed on the roof.
It is assumed that anyone can get to the hotel, and on the top of the cliff Preikestolen an observation deck will be built. Each floor of the hotel will have a spacious terrace, so guests can enjoy the surrounding nature. Near the glass pool there will be relaxation areas with comfortable loungers and chairs.
An important aspect of creating real estate in Norway is environmental friendliness. They are designed with the environmental impact in mind. Therefore, any idea is thoroughly tested, and if it meets all requirements, then the country provides an opportunity for construction.
Residential real estate also has originality. Recently, an 18-storey skyscraper with a height of 85.4 meters was built in the city of Brumunddal. Natural wood was used for construction. To make the house strong, to protect it from fire and the destructive effects of climate, compressed wood sheets were processed with special compositions.
The skyscraper is the highest in the world, among those made of this material. It includes not only apartments, but also offices, retail space and a swimming pool.
