Villa Muraka in Maldives: what is unique about the object

Maldives is an ideal place for rest, where tourists from different parts of the world come together. The country’s zest is corals, which complement the clean beaches and exotic landscapes. Now Maldives has added another attraction that will interest tourists. The unique villa Muraka with an underwater bedroom was recently built.
The idea of the project belongs to a local architect, who in collaboration with a company from New York, created a luxury house, which is located in the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island resort. The villa was named Muraka, which means “coral”. It has an upper floor, located above the water. It accommodates a kitchen, living room, dining room and three bedrooms. And one more room, bathroom and dressing room are under water. Its acrylic walls securely preserve the integrity of design.
The villa can be reached by seaplane, which is located to the wooden pier, which leads to the upper floor. And by elevator or by spiral staircase you can go down to the 100 sq.m. luxury suite to enjoy a magnificent view of the sea world and its inhabitants. The bedroom has a transparent ceiling and large windows, giving the impression of a huge aquarium with exotic fish around it.

In addition to the unique design, the villa has an original design. The interior of the lower floor is made in dark colors, leather was used for decoration, and the floors are covered with soft carpets. Dense curtains guarantee total darkness, so the guests can enjoy their rest. Security is ensured by a modern fire protection system and an alarm button in case the guests need emergency assistance.
The upper floor, on the contrary, is decorated in a light range. White and grey shades prevail here, and wood is used for finishing. On the territory of the mansion there is a swimming pool, lounge area in the open air.
The villa is located on a remote island, and you can get here by seaplane. This ensures the privacy of holidaymakers, an opportunity to get away from prying eyes.
During the construction of the facility separately made parts of the construction and delivered them to the island on a barge, and here are connected together. Then a 600-ton object was lowered with a crane under water and installed on concrete piles.
The villa can be rented both for a day or for a long term. The cost of the night here is 22 thousand dollars. This amount also includes the services of a chef and a private boat, with which you can walk around the island.
Of course, the price tag is quite expensive, but the emotions that holidaymakers experience at the sight of underwater beauty are unforgettable.
