Business Opportunities at the Residence

The Wyndham-branded Residence will be the perfect place not only for a seaside holiday but also for business:

5-star all-inclusive hotel

It is worth mentioning that the complex of the American company will be the first 5-star all-inclusive hotel in Georgia. It will be a serious competitor to many facilities in Turkey.

Wyndham is receiving special support for the project from local authorities in the Adjara region, of which Batumi is the centre. The government is keen to attract internationally renowned investors and hopes other foreign companies will follow Wyndham’s example. In general, Georgia is actively developing the tourism industry and creating flexible conditions for the hotel business. According to the Minister of Economy of Adjara, Djaba Putkaradze, the new Wyndham project will help create jobs for about 1,200 citizens. Once fully operational, the complex will create 700 new jobs.
